Advis Consulting is a pioneer advisory and compliance firm serving Pakistan’s nonprofit sector.

Nonprofit organizations in Pakistan are commonly referred to as NGOs, though they operate under multiple legal forms. Advis works at the intersection of law, taxation, governance, and financial compliance, supporting nonprofit organizations (NPOs/NGOs)—including trusts, societies, social welfare agencies, Section 42 companies, INGOs, and donor-funded initiatives—across Pakistan.

Advis was established to address a critical gap in the nonprofit sector. Organizations are registered, but not institutionally compliant. We go beyond formation to support long-term compliance, regulatory continuity, and institutional credibility.

Our work spans the nonprofit lifecycle—from concept and registration to institutional advisory, financial management, ongoing compliance, PCP certification, tax exemptions, EAD MoUs for foreign funding, audits, donor readiness, and regulator engagement.
